A real home remodel almost always touches more than one trade. Walls move, plumbing and electrical re-route, finishes get re-leveled across rooms, and the whole thing needs to come back together looking like it was always that way. We self-perform most trades, which keeps the schedule honest and the quality consistent. Our typical projects are kitchen-and-living open-ups (removing a load-bearing wall, refinishing floors across the whole footprint, new lighting plan), primary suite expansions, and full-home interior refreshes on 1970s and 80s stucco houses across Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura. We pull every permit, coordinate every inspection, and protect what's not being touched so you can keep living in part of the house if you want to.

A combined kitchen and primary suite remodel typically runs 3 to 5 months from demo to final inspection, depending on cabinetry lead times and structural scope.
Do you handle architectural drawings and engineering?
For load-bearing changes, additions, or anything requiring a permit beyond like-for-like replacement, yes. We bring in our structural engineer and, if needed, a residential designer or architect to produce the drawings.
How do you handle change orders?
Every change order is documented in writing with cost and schedule impact before any work happens. No surprise invoices at the end.
